its fine with me if you make this thread a chatroom as long as its about acq party.

from all i've read there are about 3 possible themes
Costume Party(halloween etc)
Prom/Ball Thing
Masquerade.

Sadly taong grasa is way too good a theme for us to actually use publicly LOL.

As for location we are looking into possibilities.

Keep posting, we will keep checking for good ideas

if we can't go to the beach why not make our own beach on our venue??

get the idea?

we'll be imitating seashores and cabins and lots more that a beach may have...
it may not be as fun with swimming at the beach but who knows. somebody might have a good idea to make this event unforgettable...

for all sane reasons the beach is way too much for us to handle for a party that aims for you guys to be acquainted with each other.

beach
1. lack of security
2. transportation
3. there are over 800 members
4. control drinking/smoking on a school event
5. where will the program go?
6. the obedience of the members
7. beach resort price/food and catering price.

the beach takes away too much of the attention to focus on 1 actual goal... TO BE ACQUAINTED.

im with the cross dressing theme even though im a guy..
it would be a once in a lifetime event for us guys to wear a hilarious get-up! lol!

dont be shy guys!! you can just bring your costumes to the venure and wear them there!!
that way walay lain makakita kundi ang people ra sud sa venue lol!
