ACQUAINTANCE PARTY PAYMENTS and VENUE

(Oh MY God..! IT'S HERE! -- oh wait, it's only about the payments... *sighs heavily*.. I thought it's about the theme... =/)

So guys, after the semi-long, kinda frustrating, and incredibly undetermined waiting -- We, yes, WE, the officers of the datalogics society have FINALLY decided on the venue and the payments for each person. BUT WAIT, there's a catch!

The venue is WATERFRONT(Cebu City), the event would last from 6pm - 11pm, 5th of September.

So here's the catch;

pay before the actual paying schedule: you get a discount
pay on the actual paying schedule: NO BENEFITS! sorry people.
pay after the actual paying schedule: YOU PAY MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL PRICE!(sucks, no?)

DATES with corresponding PAYMENTS:


Aug 11 - 15 -------------------------------------------------- 400 php
Aug 17 - Sept 2 ---------------------------------------------- 450 php
Sept 03 - 05 ------------------------------------------------- 500 php

Also, for those who hadn't payed the REGISTRATION FEE of 30 php, you are encouraged, if not -- FORCED, to pay for it together with your Acquaintance Party fee.

Lastly -- MIDTERM GRADES WOULD NOT BE RELEASED FOR THOSE WHO WON'T BE ABLE TO PAY(prone to a very big possibility of change). This is a time long policy given by the DEPARTMENT and NOT Datalogics, thank you.

The AP theme will be announced on or after Aug 12, but not after the midterms week.

This post is made out of PURE facts(redundant, no?) and is meant to inform.

This is not prone to change. It is the policy of the department for the past years.
